We start with what the room is for, how many seats, what the machines need to run, and what the budget actually is. Then we spec to that rather than to a catalogue.

Building it

Hardware sourcing, network and cabling layout, a single tested disk image rolled out across every machine, and a consistent configuration so support later is predictable.

Handover

You get documentation covering what is installed, how it is configured and what to do when something goes wrong — plus a walkthrough with whoever will be looking after it day to day.
